FM Conway: Recycling Video.

FM Conway has pioneered recycling of both highway arisings (concrete, asphalt, sub-base, kerbs, paving etc.) and of drain gulley waste and offer their clients the promise to recycle all of the arisings from projects through their recycling plant at Dartford, Kent.
The company already had a strong, recognisable corporate brand, supported by print and web media.
Our brief was to create the first in a series of three videos designed to outline:
- Their approach to recycling
- Their new asphalt production plant in Eirith
- The company overview
We adopted a simple documentary approach on DVCAM incorporating 3d CGi fly-throughs, to illustrate areas of the plant that were not accessible to a shoot crew. The use of sophisticated computer graphics enabled us to remove the skin from buildings in order to further explain their inner workings.
We also incorporated short interviews with Mike Conway the company’s owner and MD. Mike’s passion for the business shines through and brings a human face to the video.
